Nya Burton is a Family Nurse Practitioner born and raised in Newnan, Georgia. She earned her Associate and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Albany State University, graduating with honors and the highest GPA in her cohort, before completing her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Albany State University in Albany, GA.
Nya brings over three years of experience in pediatric nursing within acute care settings, with specialized experience in gastroenterology and endocrinology services. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages, with a strong focus on prevention, education, and long-term health outcomes.
Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, traveling, spa days, and spending time with her fiancé Alvin and their Goldendoodle, Brave.
