Born in Sierra Leone, West Africa, and raised between Sierra Leone and the United States, Idrissatu Bah brings a diverse perspective and over a decade of nursing experience to her practice. She began her nursing journey at Seton Hall University in South Orange Village, New Jersey, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She later advanced her education at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree.
Throughout her career, Idrissatu has served as a Nurse Practitioner Clinic Manager for The Little Clinic at Kroger, a Nurse Practitioner with MinuteClinic CVS, and a Float Nurse Practitioner with Quick Care. These roles have given her extensive experience in primary, immediate, and urgent care, shaping her empathetic, patient-first approach to medicine. She chose to become a Nurse Practitioner to deepen her connection with patients and play a more active role in their overall healthcare, focusing on education, trust, and meaningful patient relationships.
Outside of work, Idrissatu enjoys traveling, cooking, shopping, and spending time with her family. She has been married to her husband for nearly 20 years and is a proud mother of three children.
