AllCare Behavioral Health Services
Whole-Person Support for Your Physical & Emotional Well-Being
At AllCare, we understand that feeling your best requires more than treating symptoms. Your mental and emotional health are essential parts of your overall wellness. That’s why we offer integrated behavioral health services you can access from home, designed to wrap support around every part of your care.
Our team works closely with your medical provider so you receive coordinated, compassionate care throughout your entire journey.

About the AllCare Collaborative Care Program
The AllCare care program blends virtual behavioral health services with your routine medical care. It isn’t traditional therapy; instead, it’s a team-based model that brings together a dedicated care manager, a consulting psychiatrist, and your AllCare provider.
This approach ensures you get tailored support for the emotional, mental, and physical challenges that may be affecting your daily life.
We frequently help individuals who are experiencing:
- Depression
- Anxiety or excessive worry
- Stress related to work, family, or life changes
- Trauma or symptoms of PTSD
- Bipolar disorder
- Concerns related to substance use
- Thoughts of self-harm or suicide
- Other mental or emotional health needs

What to Expect
- Your AllCare provider submits a referral.
If a collaborative care approach seems appropriate, we’ll send the referral right away. - Our behavioral health outreach team contacts you within two business days.
You may receive a phone call, text, or email—please keep an eye out and be sure to answer. - You’ll complete a brief, 3-minute M3 screening.
This quick assessment helps confirm that our collaborative care program is the right fit for your needs. After that, your care manager and psychiatric consultant will work with your AllCare provider to build a plan that addresses your whole health.
Cost & Insurance
Most insurance plans cover AllCare’s collaborative care program. In many cases, your only cost is your standard copay.

Your AllCare Behavioral Health Team
When you enroll, you gain access to a coordinated care team that includes:
- A consulting psychiatrist
- A virtual care manager who checks in regularly
- 24/7 supportive resources
Together, they’ll help craft a personalized treatment plan. If medications might be helpful, your behavioral health team partners closely with your AllCare provider to ensure you receive appropriate, effective options with minimal side effects, along with ongoing monitoring and adjustments as needed.
Why AllCare Recommends Collaborative Care
- It supports the full picture of your health—mind and body.
- Research shows this coordinated model helps people feel better, faster.
- You receive real-time support between visits, so you never feel alone in your care.
